Super disappointed with my first visit here. I came this evening (after calling prior to ensure they could fit me in) for a gel fill. It was very obvious i was squeezed in, but even more obvious that none of the girls wanted to take care of me. The gentleman who i assume is the owner, was fantastic and kind the entire time. But the three women were not friendly, zero conversation with me, and made it abundantly clear they did not wish to service me, or help complete my appointment. I’ve been coming here since I was in high school, and every time it doesn’t matter who I go to-I always leave so happy! Everyone that works here is kind, talented and never rushes me. I usually go to Joe (who is a sweetie!) but I’ve literally been to Pam, Mylien, Kelly, Sandra legit everyone else and they always killed it.

I recently visited Polished Nail Lounge, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive from the moment I walked in. They took great care in ensuring that I received the perfect nail treatment.The salon is immaculately clean, and they follow strict hygiene protocols, which is essential, especially in today's world. My nail technician mylien was skilled and detail-oriented…..and they made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process.Not only did I leave with beautifully manicured nails…..but I also left with a smile on my face ? because of the excellent service.
