“we were so incredibly pleased with the work that Kosta did and the vision that he executed. He was a very good partner and was incredibly on top of every single thing in the timeline. We had issues with the Town related to town politics (ie nothing he did wrong), for example, and he tirelessly partnered with us to figure it out. He was often at the house, checking in with the vendors and workers to make sure everything was being executed to plan.
