I sought out Colonna Consulting after a pre-purchase home inspector recommended some items for review by a structural engineer. It was easy to get in touch with Nick and get an appointment within a reasonable period of time. He has an eye for both the big picture and small details; some details no one had even noticed! The report and recommendations were solid and straightforward, including estimates. This was very helpful when considering whether to proceed with the house and needed improvements, or keep looking. It all came to a good resolution and I would definitely hire Colonna Consulting again in the future.

He made suggestions and spoke with my contractor, all free of charge because he determined the project didn't require the supervision of a structural engineer.
