The Madison Animal Hospital is a safe place for animals who need medical attention. They are warm, knowledgeable and treat my Kitten, SugarSam with respect and love. He always feels special there. There are not too many places that have such customer service skills and positive attitude towards the animal and their owners, but I too feel heard when I come there. I recommend anyone looking for a good vet to try them.

Kind people but never have openings in an emergency. Having a new puppy you have questions and emergencies and want to get help the same day but they are never staffed enough to be able to get us in. Often they have an apointment in 5-7 days but that doesnt help quick enough. Under the care club plan the visits are free but is it worth it when you're having to go to another vet in the meantime everytime your primary vet cant get you in? Not worth it in my opinion and very expensive comapred to other vets.

We absolutely love the team at Madison Animal Hospital! Dr. Stark is so amazing and we trust her and the team with our pups. We’ve taken two of our pups there and they were so accommodating with our German Shepherd named Xina and our youngest Golden Retriever Maddie. Maddie has been going to see Dr. Stark and the team since she was a few weeks old and we knew she would be in great hands. We fully trust Dr. Stark and the team, you can tell they all truly care and love every animal that walks into their clinic and they’re always there to answer any questions or concerns. We can’t thank them enough, they’re the best!
