A representative came to my home the same day and gave me a very reasonable quote. The company handled the local permit process for me. When they installed the fence, the workers were prompt, pleasant, and neat, they did exactly what I had asked for, and they cleaned up neatly when the work was complete. “I went to write a review a minute ago and somehow one star came up and was printed . This is an error. I would give this company 10 stars if possible. I have had my fence for two years and received multiple compliments on it.I have worked with numerous contractors over the past two years and I was impressed with the honest, timely, personal service that was provided. I had planned to put the fence in a different area of my property. Vladimir (the lead person) suggested the fence might look better in a different area. He was 100 percent right. My neighbor said the location of the fence just increased my property value. He is also one of the nicest people I have met in the construction/ building world. Recently the lock to the fence became loose. I called the office and told them about it. I was told that Vladimir will come out on Tuesday. I reported the problem Friday. I was told he would fix the problem and if needed bring a replacement lock. Sure enough he showed up Tuesday. He checked the lock and showed me one bolt was loose. He corrected the problem.Then checked the entire fence.I aam so impressed with the way this company provides service and keeps you informed arrival time and wants to know Am I satisfied with the fence. I am not used to this genuine concern and personal touch. They take pride in what they do . I would highly recommend this company.“

“I had a small job and I reached out to Fences 4 Us primarily because they had great reviews and they're local to me...I'm a firm believer in supporting local businesses. Well to my delight Reinaldo came through like the pro that he is! I called on Wednesday and after leaving a message he returned the call within about 30 minutes. We agreed that he would swing by to look at what needed to get done, but left the time open. He said he would swing by soon as he could since he would be in the area. He did exactly that. He also said he'd call me back with a quote, which he also delivered on. I hired him on the spot...didn't even ask for any other quotes. I signed a contract that very same day, Wednesday, which pretty much left the work date open, but Reinaldo inserted 'ASAP'. It's towards the end of summer and everyone knows that contractors are still super busy. Sure enough yesterday, Friday, his guys were in the area so he called me and said they could swing by on their way back if that was good for me. Ah, yeah...so job completed as promised! Anyone who has dealt with contractors know that reliability, and quality of work are huge. Yes price is important, but what's the value in a cheap price if they don't show up when expected, or they show up to spike the job and don't come back for days, or they do a poor job, or all of those. Unfortunately as many of us do, I have one of those nosy 'Karen' neighbors from hell and Reinaldo came up with a great suggestion. I'm hoping to hire him for the additional project sooner rather than later I highly recommend Fences 4 Us to anyone who may need installation or removal.“
