First time meeting Carmen and getting a wax with her and she was so sweet and welcoming! Her precision to detail I love bc I am a little picky on how I want my wax to look, and she exceeded my expectations! She has a client in me for life after that first visit! Carmen is the best, I was looking for someone to shape my brows in a way that is flattering for years until now! Her suite is super clean and relaxing.
