“I have been renting a room at Arrive to provide physical therapy services, and I am very impressed with this facility. From the moment you step inside, you are greeted by the friendly and helpful front desk staff, who assist both physical therapists and patients with a smile.
The owner, Jared, is incredibly friendly and offers flexible booking hours. There are plenty of rooms available, and the positive atmosphere at Arrive is inspiring for both therapists and patients, making the recovery journey much more enjoyable.
The facility is always clean and well-equipped with fitness, lifting, and exercise equipment. If I could rate Arrive higher than five stars, I would. It’s truly an exceptional place for both therapists and their patients.“

Now, over two months post-surgery I’m back to working out on the reformer and other equipment as part of my rehab program. I know I am safe thanks to Halle’s careful observations of my body as I go through the various movements and her insightful cues to get just the right muscles to fire. Her studio in SoHo is well equipped and is a peaceful sanctuary for my Pilates practice. I am grateful for her skills.“

I found the Pilates Circuit around the corner of my apartment in Chelsea and signed up for a few private sessions with Anyeli. She is absolutely fantastic! Completely focused on my abilities, growth and recovery, she guided me through exercises that made me feel much more confident and better in terms of reach and moving. I've continued since as I love the private reformer sessions and custom approach for building strength and health at my own pace.“

“To say this studio is a place you come to work out is an understatement. It's a beautiful haven with wonderful people brought to you by the best teacher and founder. Jamie has helped my body rebound and recover from so much over the years; trauma, postpartum, the pandemic!, and the standard 9 hours of sitting at your desk.Her practice is nothing like other studios I've been to. Her form of pilates mat is clear, functional, thoughtful, and challenging. It's made me stronger. Jamie is so incredibly gifted at teaching and it shows in her cues and her attention to movement. My body completely changed because of what her studio has to offer. Highly recommend!“

The place is amazingly comfortable with all the gadgets, tableau and strings secured.The training is conducted by a sport teacher who is very detailed guiding new comers like myself to teach the best of my potentials in the field of pilates. I highly recommend Club Pilates, if you are attempting to core your muscles and alignment to your total body fitness.“

Aside from the culture of community, JaiPure is especially unique because it has a strong lineage of Iyengar Yoga, with classes taught by CITYs - some of the most seasoned ones. I have never been to a studio where I could feel the strength of two traditions - Iyengar and Vinyassa - both in the same room.“

I really enjoyed my first JC class there and will be going back more often. The only downside to me was that I feel that the studios need to have more ventilation or the carpets need to be cleaned better because I can smell feet and sweat which I don’t like.“
“Elliot's physical therapy has been invaluable for a family member suffering from chronic neck and back pain. The quality of life has improved greatly thanks to the exercises that he gave, unlike many other PTs that we tried in the past. If he is busy, his team is great too. Highly recommend!“

She is extremely knowledgeable, personable, sweet and attentive to detail! She explains and walks you through each exercise so you understand what and why you’re doing in each exercise which has been super refreshing and helpful at least for me as I’m going through the motions. Would highly recommend her classes :)“
“Carolina's hot yoga class is THE best! Would love to have her in the mix more esp for evening and weekend classes. Her cues are easy to follow and you'll be challenged for the entire hour. Kate at front desk is super sweet and always welcomes everyone with a smile. Staff is generally v nice.
4-star bc some classes tend to start late because we have to wait for late-comers which doesn't really make sense to me...“

Nathaniel has been extremely easy to work with - quick, responsive, and kind. We specifically use the instructor Yessi at our building, and she is nothing short of lovely! Any time we needed a sub, he has been quick to help out and has provided us with high quality people. Would definitely recommend!“
“I signed up last week for monthly unlimited classes (amazing deal) and it’s been the best decision! I did trapeze yoga as my first class, which was the most fun I’ve ever had at a yoga class. Today I did the Barre class and I left feeling like I could conquer the world!! Absolutely wonderful energy from the teachers and students and I truly enjoy coming here.
