I brought in a Santa coat and asked if they could clean it. They said yes but I would have to pay extra for it. I had removed the fur so it was just the velvet coat. When I picked it up it was ruined. The velvet is matted and the color is now orange, not red. I didn't want to pay but they wouldn't give me the coat unless I paid for it. Terrible business practice!

Hemming which was done poorly. Pant with lining and the lining is hanging longer than the pant and it cost me $45!!!! I heard park cleaners in Rutherford, NJ is excellent.Service: Interior & exterior window cleaning

Very disappointed. I dropped off a Flower Girl dress to be steamed only. They charged $15, but I was ok with that because it has a few layers of netting. I go to pick it up the next day. He brings it out to me, no plastic bag on it, I said how come there is no bag, he said it would wrinkle. I thought ok. Then I looked at the dress and it was still wrinkled. I showed him he said its ok, and had his hand out for charge card. I then said no it is not ok, He said fine, went in the back with it. 3 minutes later he comes out and it is in a plastic bag. Had his hand out for charge card again. I gave it to him and decided to lift up bag to look, he said, no no its good. I said I wanted to look, he said it is good, you are done now, But I looked, it really was not done as good as I would like it. He was trying to rush me out. Very rude. I did not even raise my voice. I think he put it in the plastic bag so I could not look again, but I looked. I do not think I will go here again, just because they did not do good at first and then did not want me to look, just wanted me to pay. RUDE.
