John- the owner- is the best! I was panicked after several outlets blew out one evening. I We found this company on google and called around 7:30. John came out, explained the source of the problem- fixed it, and went the extra mile to check all of the outlets, breakers, etc. and explained how to prevent a reoccurrence. Plus, a super nice guy.
