Jim was very professional. He arrived just on time. He identified exactly where the termites came in from (which nobody else did) and made the extra mile to conduct a thorough extermination job, both on the perimeter and in the house itself. Jimmy is a great person who you can trust will do a great job. He has solved any issues we have had in our house for years and was available for two emergencies asap even on a weekend.
I called a 'franchise' pest control about possible termites and their price was $1,400 w/o coming to my home. I called Force based upon a recommendation, they came and said that I didn't have termites, it was carpenter ants and the spraying that I did solved the problem. I thanked Chris and asked how much - he said no charge. Force is without a doubt is an honorable and respectful business that I would recommend.
