I just returned to Florida after 2 nights at Ocean Place at $350 per night. Prior to my arrival, I read many poor reviews which were concerning. Me and my team spent about a week here and it was quite nice. Every interaction with staff was very pleasant. The manager, Christy, took great care of our team. Clean and comfortable rooms. I did not eat in the restaurant, but I can say that the bar staff and catering staff were quite good.

Post renovation the hotel is quite nice, and the rooms are comfortable. The problem is the constant banging from the Indy music coming from the tiki bar area. Nothing recognizable, no variation, just banging until the wee hours into the night. The floor numbers in the elevators don't work, so you don't know what floor you are on. $25 for breakfast buffet and you can't get a hot cup of coffee or even hot water. The hot drinks are always cold because they sit in the pots all day. Hope someone from the hotel reads this. These are easy fixes.
