Completely unprofessional and no one there seemed to care. I explained afterward at the front desk that when I was getting a facial, the woman had music playing off her phone and multiple notifications going off and commercials playing. This made it a very unrelaxing environment. The only response I received was that their music wasn't working, no apology at all. After spending around 600 on a spa day, this is entirely unacceptable

The Spa at Ocean Place has the makings of a wonderful day spa. While the waiting lounge had the most beautiful view of the ocean, it was very cold. I also wish they had offered some drinks and fruit like other high end spas offer. We wanted to order lunch after our treatments but we were told they only offer that on Saturdays. Our massages were good and the treatment room was clean but I feel like it missed the mark on being the perfect day. I’d go back again, perhaps in the summer.

I was invited to Harbor Island Spa many years ago, and I had a very nice time, I would try to come back but presently I am still trying to get Custody back of my children from DCPP/ Dyfus. Since my two cousins Tracy and Tanya Kaiserian, Wall, NJ got involved with my children, I never saw my kids again and my parents , my sister and my husband passed away. I always work out and try to maintain a healthy body and Harbor Island Spa is the perfect place to do this .
