The only knowledge my daughter had was what her friends have told her that they learned from TikTok.Lauryn was amazing from beginning to end. She planned a wonderful experience for my daughter, complete with balloons which decorated the studio for her birthday. She gave my daughter a wonderful facial and hand massage that did nothing to her delicate, sensitive skin other than make it glow. The skin assessment form had so many questions and I was having a hard time filling it out but she helped me with it with patience. After listening to my skin concerns, she recommended a couple of treatments. I really trusted her knowledge because she explained the treatments and answered all of my questions. During the facial she explained each step, she was very careful throughout the whole process and was very respectful.
