Well Built was recommended to me by one of my best friends. I had taken on water in my home from Hurricane Ida and had to replace my ground floor family room as well as my laundry room. I also had some drain work done on the outside of my property to prevent problems in the future. Frank came to meet with me and explained all of the work that needed to be done, my options, and the best way for me to solve the problems without spending unnecessary money. He was extremely fair and upfront with all costs and information. The company came and completed the work in a very professional manner and in a timely fashion. I am extremely happy with my new rooms and look forward to completing future projects with Well Built. It is extremely comforting to know I am working with a honest and fair company that I didn’t have to chase down or argue with over details. They completed the work exactly how they said they would. They just completed my deck and patio. Truly a pleasure to deal with. As a woman, contractors tend not to listen to my desires. Frank was very accommodating. A lovely guy. He did just as I envisioned!

I personally know the owner Frank and his daughter, the manages the office, Alicia for well over 25 years. They are a pleasure to know and work with! They are a family first company that values the importance of family. They handled my job with courtesy, professionalism, and timeliness. They are VERY easy to work with and handled any issues I may have had upfront. I would 100% use this company in the future. I’ve always wanted a front porch and they made this dream come true!
