I contacted Royal Rooter on Saturday at 5:30 PM with a clogged bathtub. I was pleasantly surprised when Emanuel showed up 20 minutes later! After assessing the problem, he quoted what the cost would be, which was reasonable for this area. The job was completed to my satisfaction in about 10 to 15 minutes. Emanuel also assured me that if any problems arose in the near future that he would come back and rectify the situation! Emanuel was friendly, professional, and even won our dog over! I called in with an emergency because the main drain in the house was clogged. The sewer water came back up in the laundry sink in the basement. It was a total mess. A professional plumber came out within 90 minutes of my call and removed the clog right away. Then he gave me advice on how to avoid this from happening in the future. I am truly satisfied with their service.
