10 out of 10. My heart is so full. Let’s start by saying I may have been the problem customer of the day. Unfortunately my brand new tire caught a huge nail, in which left me with a flat tire while on the highway to my appointment. By the grace of God, there was a tire shop 5 mins away. Most places would show no empathy and charge my card on file the full amount and leave me with no services. But Lash Lounge’s customer service was incredible! I’m sure this doesn’t happen everyday, as they have policies. But my appointment was changed about three times to better accommodate my situation. Enough with the sad story. I honestly can't say enough good things about this place! Everyone is amazing and you leave feeling gorgeous every time!! I've usually go to Deyra but have also had my lashes done by Teresa and they never disappoint! Thank you ladies for everything!!
I am enjoying my journey at The Lash Lounge Livingston! Lisa is fantastic! She hears me and offers the best options to satisfy my lash goals. I love the options, and all the expert guidance on maintenance, etc.
