First time for this location, and told doesn't accept new patient upon my arrival, also was told they tried to call me in the past two weeks. OK, they all make sense. But I never received any calls, also it's 2024, there are things called voice mail and emails, if you can't reach out to people, find another way to reach out, your system asked all my contacts in the past.

Been coming here for some time. The staff here has been consistently good. The wait times, even when seats are filled, isn't too bad. The negative stars are for the new check in process. Someone had a 'genius' idea to require checking in at a kiosk. Not unreasonable for a regular doctors visit but for an urgent care???? I saw a sickly elderly woman struggle to pull out her ID, scan it, complete prompts for information... another person brought themselves in and was clearly out of it, but apparently had a past due bill still being processed by insurance and couldn't check in???It's clear the staff is frustrated with this. One staff member was standing at the kiosk trying to help people go through the prompts...People coming into an urgent care are just not in the best mental state to deal with this crazy check in process. It takes away the personable aspect this place had before. Fortunately, once you get in and past that, the doctors and staff are still decent.

Have been a customer for 25 years! Went to make an appt for my son he had not been there in a while, and was basically told over the phone very rudely you haven't been here in a while so you're not a patient anymore!!!! no help no sweetness no courtesy on the phone. Just a rude please move along. We can't help you attitude.needless to say, I am extremely disappointed and I would absolutely never recommend this office to anyone. It's only a factory now and they do not give an absolute s*** about anyone.
