Dr. Messina is awesome, and as a physician I know that she did a very thorough examination, paying particular attention to whether my dog had a heart murmur. Dr. Messina's tech, Bill, is a truly wonderful vet tech. My dog is bitey and crazy, but they treated her in a truly fear-free way, I can't give a stronger recommendation for Dr. Messina and her tech, Bill. I love you guys. Michelle is also a doll.“

Enroute to come pick up my sweet girl, I was caught in massive, massive traffic due to a terrible accident on route 80 in PA. This left me in bumper to bumper traffic for 3 hours, going far past the closing time of daycare. Since my sweet girl has very strict medication, leaving her for an impromptu overnight is just not an option. Michelle was incredible to work with helped me find a solution, as well as navigating traffic from the maps she could see on her desktop!!! Howard stayed late for me and welcomed me in to scoop my girl close to 9pm. So incredibly understanding as I was a wreck and never had been in this situation before. I cannot thank them enough. They are the BEST and it’s employees like them that will keep us coming back to Pups at Play. MICHELLE AND HOWARD FOR THE WIN!!“

As soon as we came in they were very attentive with asking questions about our dog and did a thorough look if he had any matting on the fur. We feel like they really took their time to make sure that the cut was what we exactly wanted. They were very informative as well on how our dog was during the haircut. What we were really surprised about was the change of demeanor our dog had after the haircut; usually he’d be crying when we get home after getting groomed from his past groomers, but this time as soon as we got home he was energetic and happy and wasn’t crying at all.
