Coach Cisco is simply the best. Other than just staying fit, if your goal is to get your child admitted to any military academy ,I cant think of any better person that the coach. His techniques, regimen, timetable is so structured that it keeps cadet candidates fully focused on the task on hand. There is no downtime.
