Absolutely rude and disrespectful towards customers. Brought some dress pants to be hemmed and specifically said for the cuffs not be done wide. Employee wrote wrong message on ticket and when items were received they were done wrong. When brought back owner rudely and unprofessionally stated that I said the wrong thing and that I did not pay for the hemming. (I paid $16 per pant for hemming when I usually pay $14 for hemming services) I brought it to this location due to the close proximity to my home. Unlike cleaners who dump loads of clothes in the same re-used water, this cleaner does it the old-fashioned way, the right way. I used to bring my shirts to the "discount" cleaners and they would tear and wear out in less than a year. I have been using North Hills for over 7 years now and I am still wearing some of the shirts they have been cleaning that entire time!!! Yes, there is a difference in quality. They also has a discount program that brings the price in line with the "discount" shops.
