We recently wanted to replace a carpeted bedroom with a wood floor and love to do business with small businesses in the community and learned of “Norman the Floorman” in Livingston. What a pleasant experience! Norman was welcoming and not a high-pressure salesperson, extremely knowledgeable and thorough, taking time to answer all our questions and getting the selection right to fit our needs. His pricing is competitive and fair. We placed an order, Norman was in touch every step of the way, coordinated the installation, which went smoothly and followed up afterwards to make sure we were completely satisfied. Highly recommend Norman the Floorman. We did three rooms, and they came out beautiful. Norman was ahead of schedule, and his installers were prompt, quick, efficient and neat. We are thrilled with our new floors. Our experience couldn’t have been better!
Norman the Floorman provided a replacement floor for my finished basement--and the selection, timing, installation and product are all wonderful. I love the new floor, and highly recommend this company to anyone who needs new flooring. Wonderful experience.
