For the most part I like this place, manager/owner is fair & reasonable. It’s just if English isn’t your first language be honest if you don’t understand a customers request… it avoids an unhappy customer

I have been going to Julie (the owner) for a couple months now. Yes, the manicure is good and they do fun designs, but the way Julie speaks & reacts to her customers is NOT OK!I have seen Julie snap and yell at her customers. People who are just asking for an appointment!She has done it to me. It makes me feel very uncomfortable. I will never return!Stay away from this place! I would give zero stars if I could!Services: Nail art

I came here because of the designs pictured on their Instagram. When I called to make an appointment I said I had gel on my nails. A man started me, he was clearly talking about me because the entire staff was staring at me. I told him I didn't want the drill used on me, he got annoyed. A woman ended up finishing my nails who also used a drill. Several of the staff were on their cell phones when really they should have been dusting and cleaning the wall of polish which looked filthy. They used very little to no UV gel to do a fill, drilled it off and then polished nails for $55 - rip off. Each nail is a different shape. Cuticles are cut messy. If I have UV gel I shouldn't be able to bend my nails. Let's say I didn't get a design bc I refused to give them anymore money and they wanted to charge me $12 for 3 stripes on 4 nails. When I went to pay i told the owner I was unhappy and she said "oh well".
