Family Footcare of Livingston Medical Clinics

“What a wonderful office. Very friendly and extremely professional office manager. Dr. Oliveros is both compassionate and highly skilled. She was able to correctly diagnose my problems and come up with a treatment plan we both liked. I had been suffering with foot problems and saw several other doctors. She is the best. I couldn’t recommend this office any higher.“

“12-6-2023 My husband had open heart surgery, and we had an amazing experience! He was home in 5 days. The CT team was amazing. They were so nice and helpful. My daughter had a baby here, 1-31-2020. It was NOT a good experience at all. The staff was not as nice, and the resident was extremely rude! I guess it all depends on what you are having done and what units you have to deal with. 2008 & 2010, my husband had hip replacements done. The orthopedic team was amazing! I would say surgery is good, don't have a baby here.“

Summit Health OBGYN Medical Clinics

“Edit:Pros: They do their due diligence of uploading records and they do give timely callbacks. The rotation system of changing Ob/gyns for every appointment is something you can opt out of doing and is more of a suggestion. I have met with other Ob/gyns besides my primary and they're great. The nurses are exceptional. I have called a few times with random pregnancy-related issues and they have handled it systematically and with great patience every single time. Dr. Seymour and the office was much more systematic with his approach with me in the first appointments, and I prefer a physician who is willing to look at the evidence before deciding a diagnosis. For example, he did a physical examination and ultrasound for me when I mentioned a threatened miscarriage, and when I mentioned symptoms of a possible other problem, the nurses convened with Dr. Seymour and came back with suggestions for tests to run.Cons: The customer service attitude of the receptionists is variable depending on who is at the desk. Sometimes I get someone who is very patient and organized (so knows what appointments to make) and other times I get someone who looks at me blankly with a "what do you want" attitude and then asks what for what I want at check out, which I think doesn't make much sense. One time, I had someone who just pointed in directions of where I need to go instead of verbally communicating anything which really triggered me. One logistical thing that can be improved is scheduling lab work. I don't live close by and gas prices are very expensive, so if they know they need blood work done ahead of time, I wish they would book me for that along with my appointment so I wouldn't have to drive back an hour the next day.Because of all this, my review stays at 3.5 stars, meaning I'm too tired to find another practitioner because I appreciate they're more systematic than others, but the service is nothing to be excited about.“
