Came here first time for an intro massage. Therapist was very good. The front desk girl was very nice when selling me the membership, then when i went home and called to ask why i was charged $30 for a $79.95 massage service (i said i'd give 20% tips), she talked in a cold and impolite voice. I signed up so the membership price for me was about $80, but she said "Our standard is to charge 20% tips based off of retail price which is about $150". This is nonsense to me! I came in with my husband after calling for a same day appointment. We were given appts for 5 pm and had to fill out the forms first thing. We were then led to the rooms by two pleasant staff members - Dan & Mya.
My massage was great. I was pleased with Dan. My husband says that he liked his massage too. They listened to us and it was relaxing.
EDIT: We have been members for at least 7 years now....I am a huge fan of getting at least monthly massages. My favorite masseuse is Jamal. I highly recommend finding someone that can work out your muscle aches and pains and going to see them routinely. It is a huge treat and the best way to relax... read full review
I had my monthly facial again with Jessica. She is awesome and amazing. Her hands are so soft and tender you hardly feel anything. Her voice is soothing. I fall asleep every time. She’s incredible. My skin is glowing because of her. Highly recommended.
