My experience so far was not the best. I was trying to give them the opportunity to do business with me but after a consultation I have yet to receive their estimate. I even called and emailed them but I have not gotten an estimate at all and it’s been over a week now. I am very disappointed as I thought the expert they sent was pretty knowledgeable and could have been the answer to my shrub/tree issues.

I have used this company several times over the past ten years and always found them to be expert in their service. However, my most recent engagement found them to be lacking. Yes, they were impeccable when it came to cleanup, but the service was not in line with what they were supposed to do. When I asked them to do what they were supposed to they simply said " You have to discuss it with the supervisor. We have another job to get to." Well, the supervisor never showed up either at the beginning or end of the job.
