“Our thermostat indicated that our Carrier AC was not working- Carrier listed Brown's as an authorized agency for repairs. Our usual technicians ( another company who we had a contract with) could not come for 10 days during our recent severe heat spell. Browns came the same day and made repair ( clogged drain) in a few minutes. We now have a contract with Browns. And we see their truck in our neighborhood on a regular basis.“

*** Updated review - after our first experience with Air Care, we decided to hire them to install one compressor and 3 mini splits at one of our rental properties. We worked with Tom Comandini who was our sales contact and he was excellent. Tom is very knowledgeable and responsive and understood that time was of the essence to get the work done so we could re-rent the apartment. The permit process was seamless and Tom and team were at the home in a matter of weeks to complete the work. The team was efficient and completed the job in 2 days. Excellent experience. I called AJ Perry first, they sent out two contractors that I did NOT call, and they told me that my entire boiler system was broken and needed to be replaced...for $22,000. BUT, If I could leave a rating greater than 5 Star for Mike C. & PELCO HVAC, I would in this instance. I had an issue with what I had thought was condensation. I called Mike, he immediately responded, and diagnosed a leaking coil within my system unit. I was provided with a quote, Mike arrived as stated, removed my old unit and replaced it with a new furnace. I know some aspects of the job became more difficult than expected, but I was not hit with a typical industry "extra". The old furnace was disposed, my utility room left clean, we shook hands and I received the invoice via email...none of this payment before I leave stuff. Mike and the team at PELCO are professional and easy to work with.“
