I asked for a lease quote but received an unrealistically high offer, despite the dealership advertising the exact same car for $200/month less on their website. There were also very few cars in the showroom. I would advise avoiding this dealership.Updating my review the next day:I am bumping it up to 3 stars, realizing that my frustration stemmed from how my particular request was handled by a specific car salesman during a single visit to the dealership. I don't have enough information to comment on the overall quality of their services or practices.
I do not think this dealer is reliable. I was looking for a Lexus RX 350 on their website and inquired about 2022 Lexus RX 350 they put on their website week ago. I called them to see the car but they did not mentioned that car had accident. When I reached at dealership and show that car was involved in the accident. They new that but they did not tell me until I reached there. The car is still listed as if there is nothing wrong.
Great experience working with Osayd and Tony at Tricounty Lexus. Came in super pregnant looking for a good deal on a TX and they were able to deliver on what I was looking for. Long wait for the financial side, but expected when going into car dealerships. Book an early appointment and plan to spend most of the afternoon if you're serious about getting a new vehicle. Overall, kind salespeople and seamless process.
