I normally dry clean my winter coats for around $15-20 per piece. Depend on the length and material. Due to the quarantine, I decided to go to somewhere closer the home this time. For one long down coat, they charged $26.25. that's crazy. I completely feel rip-off. I rally should take the clothes back and go to somewhere. Will NEVER visit place

I used this dry cleaner for some time, with some good and bad experiences. But a recent experience pushed me to post this review. They advertise the ability to dry clean rugs, so we took a natural sheepskin rug for cleaning. The "not-so-friendly" attendant, who is the sister of the actual owner, said they are able to clean the rug. When we picked-up the rug, it was damaged. The hairs were matted badly. We asked that the rug be un-matted at their cost. We could not believe when the same lady said we took the risk of having them clean the rug, and they will not re-clean the rug. Like Paul, the lady asked for more payment even if it was their fault. She then began screaming and said they do not want our business. I was shocked! I can't believe they are in business still.
