Came here to get two dresses dry cleaned. One came back destroyed, and the lady acted clueless and aloof about its condition. Even more so, the lady still wanted me to pay for it. The fact that I had to fight to be refunded for a dress that was now going to thrown out is CRAZY. Appalled by this place.

I normally dry clean my winter coats for around $15-20 per piece. Depend on the length and material. Due to the quarantine, I decided to go to somewhere closer the home this time. For one long down coat, they charged $26.25. that's crazy. I completely feel rip-off. I rally should take the clothes back and go to somewhere. Will NEVER visit place
