My daughter’s prom dress was trashed. I went to pick it up Wednesday and it looked awful. For some reason only half of the dress was hemmed which left an inch of choppy fabric hanging. They said they’d fix it and it would be ready this morning (Friday) and prom is tonight. It looked worse! After laughing about it and telling me it’s “my problem” they refused to fix it. Luckily I was able to take it up to Manahawkin. She was disgusted by what they did and fixed it in 20 minutes. I will NEVER go back to this place.

This man should not in business if can't speak English I brink 2 sweet pant to be short he destroyed cut the elastic cut threw way make straight cut it told the fix want another $30 I already paid him $30 from being this only understand money

Like someone else said, I would give this business 0 stars if that was an option. They lost the jacket to my husband’s suit, then tried to avoid paying for it. Although they finally did cover the cost of the jacket (we showed them the jacket receipt), the man continued to try to pay less than was originally agreed upon. The jacket was only a few months old! Stay away from this cleaners!
