John came out for a heating issue. He tried to fix everything he could by process of elimination first, but in the end needed a new furnace. I felt the price he gave was super fair. We signed up for the year with them also for maintenance and cleaning of our systems. Christine his wife, Mans the phone and is super nice. I've already recommended them to at least 3 times already to friends and coworkers.
