I needed a to replace the windshield of my car. I scheduled an appointment online and the tech arrived a few days later at my workplace. The new windshield took 90 mins to install and was treated with Rain-X. We were also given an air freshener and chocolate...what a pleasant surprise. We're happy with the work and the cost of the replacement was $90 less than what Safelite quoted us. I'd definitely use these guys again.

I am very satisfied with the job that platinum auto glass did on my car. I was given an appointment very quickly. I received an appointment the next day. The price was the least expensive of the ten different places that i called. The tech was polite and cleaned up every step of the way. He kept socially distanced from me and was very respectful. I highly recommend them and am 100% satisfied with the job.

They were able to schedule an appointment at very short notice. They provided a 2hr window... unfortunately the tech did arrive about 30min after the window had closed. Fortunately I was available @ that time. The tech was friendly and was able to fix the chip in my windshield. Note that (just like all techs) they will not be able to totally remove the chip (so it will be slightly visible). However, it should not deteriorate further into a crack. The tech did explain this in advance. I'm not sure how much repair typically costs, but did think that the price was fairly reasonable. I would not hestitate to use them again.
