He is respectful of the groups, instilling discipline and respect, alongside practicing techniques to level them up with each belt. The staff is great at working with and acknowledging each child; they are just as positive and the overall atmosphere is energetic and fun!

The scheduling is flexible for the days to come in, to note. (They suggest one day in the beginning of the week Mon/Tues and then another day the end of the week Wed/Thur.)

My daughter joined in June, and she has loved going each week. It has helped her focus better in school and given her more confidence in her day to day interactions. I wish I had done it sooner!
