I want to start by saying thank you to Terry and Nick. Losing my mom was not easy and being an only child I had no partner to bear some of the burden with. It feels like there are two groups of people managing this business. Alvin = very professional. He made us feel respected and well served. Other personnel = Not straightforward or clear in terms of what was or was not included in the contract; they charged us extra for services we thought were already included in the contract and asked us to pay cash for these. Our precious time of mourning the loss of our loved one was compromised and we had to deal then with the feeling of being deceived and robbed by the very same people who were supposed to show the most compassion and care at this difficult times.
