I have been going to this practice for 20 years now and I do not plan on changing my doctor anytime soon, unless I'm forced to because he retires. If that doesn't say something, I don't know what does. The staff is super friendly and take their time with you. Whether it is insurance related or not. They help guide you in finding the right pair of glasses tailored to you and they treat you like family. I have had multiple complications with my eyes/eyesight throughout the years and I have trusted them wholeheartedly in providing me with the proper care. This is a place I would recommend for anyone and everyone.

I have been coming here since high school. They are so friendly and courteous. Dr. Renner has the best bedside manners of any eye doctor I've been to. The receptionists are friendly, polite, and efficient. Not sure about anyone else's insurance coverage, but my monthly contacts are always covered completely by my insurance.They are completely professional and friendly.

While they may be a little over priced, both Drs Nitti and Renner are very thorough, caring and knowledgable. I've been using them for the better part of 20 years and have no complaints.The optician's assistants, however, have been hit and miss over the years. If you don't know what you are buying, they try to upsell to things you don't really need. (2x in 20 years, so I'm not gonna complain too much)
