I have been looking for a trusty worthy and reliable company after having a few local companies quote me such high prices. Bob Major and team are not only reasonably priced and trustworthy but came as soon as I called. They also changed my whole hvac system at a very reasonable price and communicated everything as they did it. I would highly recommend them.

Five stars plus! We have a 100 year old commercial building that was having heating problems. Bob installed an new system in a timely manner. He assessed and explained what was happening and what was needed. His price was fair. He and his team are polite and conscientious Very responsive to questions and adjustments

My experience with using Bob Major Heating and Cooling was great. I needed a inductor motor, control board, and new switch for my furnance. Bob explained everything clearly. He order the parts, kept in contact, and completed the job in good time. He also checked to see if furance was still working. Two months later furnance is working great. The price for the worked needed wasn't bad. Very Professional. Thanks Bob.
