Great experience for a first time customer. Everyone was very helpful and kind. Luna took the extra time to make sure I was happy with my glasses. I received a call back a few days later just to check in and make sure everything was good.
I walked in wanting to have contacts, I couldn't even get them in my eye . I said ok what glasses should I get ( so many choices ) I was helped by Luna ( she is the BEST ) She was so helpful !!!! I would suggest if your in the Kaiser area needing help with all your eye care needs go to this location and ask for LUNA ! She will not disappoint !
We had a wonderful experience at America’s Best Vision. Joshary was kind and professional! From check-in to checkout, the staff in general was kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. They made sure I felt comfortable and answered all of my questions without rushing. My daughter was also seen by the doctor and received the correct prescription, which reassured me that we were in great hands. Great care😊
