We had another company install a new HVAC unit that kept stopping shortly after installation. The company tried everything (including getting into a fight with the gas company over needing to increase the gas flow into the house) BUT the right thing. After they recommended we needed to replace the ducts with larger ducts as the solution, we called Air Creations. The guy showed up and was able to figure out the problem instantly (moving a switch in the other direction). Not only are they knowledgeable, they didn't try to upsell me and they're reasonably priced. These guys were great. This was my second time working with Air Creations and both times they did an amazing job. In my new house they replaced an ancient central air system that was pretty much held together with rust and duct tape and got me setup with a new unit that runs so great I can't even tell it's on. I was going through a lot of stuff when the install came and Bob and the guys pretty much did everything they needed to do without having to disturb me and they did an amazing, clean job, quickly and efficiently. I called Robert today in the morning my AC condenser wasn't working he was able to come same day in the afternoon. Once he arrived he knew it was the motor, he had the motor in his work van (which was very organized) and told me the price up front for the diagnose, motor, work and once i agreed he got to work and got me up and running same day which is great having a 2 year old at home and a heat wave coming next week. I feel relieved, satisfy and a weight off my shoulders. Also happy that i FINALLY came across a knowledgeable ( THIS GUY KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING!!!) and professional company that i can use moving forward (I've tried 3 others smh) Thank you Robert!!!
