“Lisa is a miracle worker! I just finished my touch-up session, and I am in love with my eyebrows like never before. I have the same story, like many women growing up when the style was to have thin brows. We over waxed and over plucked and destroyed our natural brow growth :(. I came from the mentality of 90s mall nail salon waxing where you get what you get (and it was usually those pencil thin brows and painful red skin on your upper lip).
I go to Ali and she explains everything as she goes. She takes extra care in making sure the wax isn't too hot and that I'm comfortable with the situation (like I'm not in too much pain, etc). She always come with recommendations with what to do when I bring up an issue to do with my hair; like with ingrowns (I used to get them a lot on my armpits), she double checks what products I currently use and what would be better to use.
Everyone is absolutely efficient at waKs as well! I'm usually hairless in under a half hour (brow, lip and pits). I can't wait to try the facial services!“
