I am terrified to go to the dentist since I've had soo many terrible experiences and because of this I delayed going until i absolutely had to. I get severe anxiety and get super embarrassed. I had an emergency and decided to make an appointment and I'm so glad I did. Dr. Menon made me feel comfortable and I didn't feel like I was being judged, she explained everything and was kind. Everyone in the office was kind and I didn't feel terrible about myself when I left which is huge and makes me not fear going back. If anyone is looking for a kind and patient dental office I highly recommend Dr. Menon and her staff
My visit to the dentist today was truly exceptional. From the warm greetings to the detailed walk-through of the process, it was a comforting experience, especially since it was my first solo visit. Jasmin was a gem; her engaging conversation and nurturing demeanor made me feel like I was among friends. Time flew by with our chat, and I believe I've found a new friend in her. Kelly, who is six months pregnant, was equally efficient and friendly. Learning about the team in such a short time was enlightening. Honestly I don't know where to start. It has been very long time since I went to the dentist. For the first time in a very long time I can honestly say this is the best dentist office around. They care and for this day and age that is hard to find. From the front office staff that are so welcoming and just generally nice to the hygienist (Pauline) that has to be the nicest person and gentle. Then there's Doctor Sayroo which is so so nice and understanding. Multiple options were given and never once was there pressure by her or any staff to do anything faster then I wanted.
