“Thank you so much to Paws on Main for taking amazing care of our dog! As soon as we came in they were very attentive with asking questions about our dog and did a thorough look if he had any matting on the fur. We feel like they really took their time to make sure that the cut was what we exactly wanted. They were very informative as well on how our dog was during the haircut. What we were really surprised about was the change of demeanor our dog had after the haircut; usually he’d be crying when we get home after getting groomed from his past groomers, but this time as soon as we got home he was energetic and happy and wasn’t crying at all. HIGHLY recommend Paws on Main! ?“

Even after moving an hour and a half away, it is still worth the drive for their quality of precision and level of care catered towards servicing him. He is always very and comfortable upon pickup and the workers are nothing short of true artists in their profession. Booking is typically very flexible which is a major plus as well. I would highly recommend this location for great pricing, quality, and a great overall customer/pet experience.“

“If I can rate Grateful Dogs higher than 5 stars I would! My husband and I had an amazing experience. We traveled up to New Jersey for the day and prior to travel I spoke with Alex, the owner, and explained how our 4month puppy hasn’t been around a lot of dogs and she’s shy at first. After my conversation with Alex I felt so comfortable with our decision to leave Luna in their care for the day and from someone who hasn’t left her with anyone before and is very picky with her care, this says a lot. Upon arrival Amanda was there to take her and Meghan arrived shortly after. They were both so pleasant and friendly. Luna went to Amanda with no problem and we immediately felt at ease to depart and leave her in their hands. When I called for the wellness check they informed me that she has been doing amazing and actually interacted with the other dogs! To our surprise, when we picked Luna up she didn’t come running to us to leave. She had such a good time she was sniffing around looking for more fun instead of greeting us. We were so happy she enjoyed herself. They trimmed her nails and groomed up her face around her hair and we are so grateful! She even smelt better and had a cute little pink bow in her hair! Our trip to Jersey was bittersweet being that we were there for a funeral service but we are forever thankful to Grateful Dogs in Wayne, NJ for going above and beyond and not only putting a smile on our puppy’s face but on ours as well. “We have been going to Pups at Play for years and it’s been okay. This review is a result of the most incredible experience I had last night with Michelle and Howard. This is for them!!<br><br>Enroute to come pick up my sweet girl, I was caught in massive, massive traffic due to a terrible accident on route 80 in PA. This left me in bumper to bumper traffic for 3 hours, going far past the closing time of daycare. Since my sweet girl has very strict medication, leaving her for an impromptu overnight is just not an option. Michelle was incredible to work with helped me find a solution, as well as navigating traffic from the maps she could see on her desktop!!! Howard stayed late for me and welcomed me in to scoop my girl close to 9pm. So incredibly understanding as I was a wreck and never had been in this situation before. I cannot thank them enough. “I want to give a huge shout out to Dr. Lynn, Kathy and the entire staff here. My baby Marley crossed the Rainbow Bridge this past Sunday afternoon. Dr. Lynn and her staff gave me extra time with Marley. They took extra good care of her. Anytime we hit a hurdle l, they worked with me on changing her medication, making time in their schedule to see her, comforted me through all the rough times while Marley was in hospice. I highly recommend their services and, yes I know the cost of vet care is expensive, but they always went above and beyond for my Marley. I can never thank them enough for the extra time they gave me to spend with my girl, and kept her comfortable in her last days. But I will try THANK YOU!!!“

“Get your dog groomed here!!! My dog can be very timid and shy when meeting new people and being in new places. The groomer saw this and CAME OUTSIDE TO SIT ON THE SIDEWALK with my dog u til she felt comfortable to walk through the doors. By the time I picked her up the groomers were getting kisses. They really go above and beyond to make sure their services meet your needs and expectations. In addition the price point can’t be beat.
