My family and I had such a great experience here. Everyone here is so nice! A special thanks to Dr. Salam and Jaylene. Dr. Salam was patient and took his time to explain certain aspects of my mothers eye exam. Also, when checking out for glasses, Jaylene was kind, patient and funny, all while being professional. I’ve purchased two sets of glasses from America’s Best over the past couple of years - two regular pairs and two pairs of sunglasses. Unfortunately, both pairs of Nike prescription sunglasses broke - one within a year and the second in under ten months. I had paid for the warranty plan, expecting peace of mind, but was very disappointed by how the process played out.
When I returned to replace the most recent broken pair, I was told the warranty had already been used - it only covers a one - time replacement.
