Working with MSI is honestly better than having a friend in the business. There’s no reason to ever call anyone else. I trust them completely to get the job done right. Melissa is endlessly helpful with scheduling, diligent about follow-up, and a delight to chat with. Their excellent technicians have been to my late 1970's house several times, fixing or upgrading large & small plumbing issues. They are always prompt, friendly, courteous, efficient, thorough, clean, respectful of home & property. There are never any surprises… a quote is as good as final. I most recently needed to replace a broken exterior cast iron septic drain pipe. Excavator Bill, along with plumbers Bill and Pete, did an outstanding job! Not only in replacing / improving the entire drain system, but going several extra miles, including cement reinforcement of both end connections to ensure the pipe will not shift again. A friend who was here to observe said simply, “They know what they’re doing.” Landscape disturbance was minimal, restoration excellent, all work completed in less than a full day. I couldn’t be happier!
