my furnace wasn't running properly, and this was Saturday afternoon, right before the storm was coming. I called my regular hvac company, but they refused to come out until tuesday. So I called Mighty Ducts. They were out and fixed the problem. Nick, who i know was very exhausted because he didnt come out till 8pm after finishing another job, was very polite and explained what was wrong. I highly recommend this company because, not only do they go above and beyond for their regular customers, but for people whom have not used their services before. From here on out, I will be using Mighty Ducts for my furnace and AC maintenance!
Highly recommend! They came out ridiculously fast when my heat wasn't working, and solved the problem at a great price. I appreciate that they fixed the unit rather than try to sell me on an unnecessary new furnace. Will use them again!
