If a career in plumbing doesn't work out, Melissa would make bank as a therapist. She handled my inane ramblings regarding the latest disaster to strike the house with grace and thoughtfulness. She worked through each issue systematically, helping us quickly get on their busy schedule. Rich, who also had an award-winning temperament, deftly handled our situation with precision and confidence. It was a complicated job, but by the time it was all done, not only was everything perfectly working, it was put back together in such a way that you never would have known they were even there (which is saying something, given the amount of digging that occured and the location of that digging). True mastery of craft and planning! I might add that Rich and MSI were also fair. When we encountered some unforeseen circumstances, I thought for sure we were in for it. Rich made a dozen calls with a variety of professionals, talked through the issue with me, and in the end, an issue that I thought would have added weeks to our timeline was resolved within a day.
