“Here I really appreciate Mr. Plumber.My main drain was clogged and I brock one of two caps which is on the trap near the wall in basement. I have no knowledge how to take the broken cap off the trap; then I called Mr. Plumber, and I got very quick response. The gentleman over the phone encouraged me to buy tools from Homedepot and fix it by myself. And I did clean the clogs and reinstalled the new cap. Everything together only costed me about $30. I saved about $400.Thank you again Mr. Plumber. You have the real American Spirit. America needs more people like you! God bless you and your business!“

He quickly diagnosed the situation, told me what he could do (clear a terrible clog that was sending sewage back up into our house) and what he could not do (replace a pipe fixture that was compromised, but not in need of immediate replacement), and then had everything sorted out within another hour. He was professional, courteous, and clearly knows what he is doing. He is also former US military, which I appreciate and respect. The work is not cheap, BUT I think that is just the nature of this type of emergency service. I didn't have time to do any comparative pricing, but I believe that it is well within reasonable. “My house would be a block of ice if it wasn't for Dave. My pipes froze around [what is now known as] the blizzard of 2018. My heat was broken during that string of subzero temperatures, and I was in a bad spot. I called 2 other plumbers to get estimates, before calling Dave. “Truly spectacular experience! We came home to find that our A/C system had failed and our house was boiling hot. I called Redding's this morning and they were able to send out a technician (Mike B.) first thing. Mike B. quickly diagnosed the problem (the blower fan was broken) and ordered a new part, being careful not to overpromise on delivery time. Neal, who handles parts for Redding's, was miraculously able to procure the part the very same day, and Mike B. was able to come back that afternoon to install it.
