Frank was very friendly as well as the optometrist...the receptionist very rude...maybe prejudice....discriminating feeling towards people of color....just to find out you have perfect insurance...glasses ok...wrong prescription first time

My family has been coming here for years. We love the service Frank and Clarisse gave us. They took their time to help us pick the perfect frames for my whole family and made sure our insurance was correct. Even Dr Rochetti the eye doctor and secretary helped out when needed at the selection counter. They really give you the personal touch and great service at Cohens and we got high quality glasses too.

I've had my eyes examined and glasses made at this Cohen's optical shop at Quakerbridge Mall for over a decade now. The same optician and optometrist have been working there the whole time, and I couldn't ask for anything more.I've tried other places like LensCr***ers, which have good frames and lenses etc.,but what bothers me is that they're constantly pressuring you to buy extra coatings, insurance and so on.The Cohen's Optical at Q'bridge Mall, however, is completely different.
