Older white guy with glasses who orders glasses is rude and extremely disrespectful. Treated me with utter contempt just for purchasing glasses. The glasses were for someone else but the hostility was directed solely at me. He was the only negative employee I encountered. The people in front and optometrist were professional.
Update the glasses are ready. Went to pick them up and when I did same male handed me the pair. Kind of laughed when he did. I brought the glasses to the customer who tried them on. Said one of the glasses is not the right prescription. Cannot see out of them. SMH.
great customer service, (they'll tune up your glasses any time you need it), and Dr. barth is friendly and knowledgeable. nice selection of frames too :) not a single complaint here! I've never felt rushed or disrespected by any staff members.
