Dr Russo is amazing . He is a great doctor that is really in thos business to help people. Dr Barth and Dr Kolber are total tyrants. When customers are out of ear range they are just total bullies. The way that they would speak to me was very demeaning and downright nasty. Of course, they magically become pleasant and on their kindest behavior when others are watching. They also mistreat patients in order to squeeze the insurance conpanies. I had learned that they would do things like treat corneal abrasions as corneal ulcers in order to make more money for themselves. I owe thought of reporting them to the better business beareau but soon found out that Dr Barth is on that beareau, therefore nothing would be fixed. If I were to refer someone to Allied Vision, I would make it clear that they should see Dr Russo. this being that Barth and Kolber are rude money grubbing bullies who do not care for others welfare as long as they get paid.

Older white guy with glasses who orders glasses is rude and extremely disrespectful. Treated me with utter contempt just for purchasing glasses. The glasses were for someone else but the hostility was directed solely at me. He was the only negative employee I encountered. The people in front and optometrist were professional.

Update the glasses are ready. Went to pick them up and when I did same male handed me the pair. Kind of laughed when he did. I brought the glasses to the customer who tried them on. Said one of the glasses is not the right prescription. Cannot see out of them. SMH.
