Hired Ruban to install a 200amp service upgrade. There work was sloppy and unprofessional to where I had to go behind them and level and plum there equipment on the outside of my home. The conduit connections to the meter socket and disconnect were left with a 1/4" gap and the threads showing. All I could do was fill the gap with sealant. The panel they installed looked like it was done by a first year apprentice. So bad that it had to be removed in its entirety and reinstalled. When I questioned them on it they tried to blame the electrical inspector. Then to top it off they took my personal property (My old panel) and discarded it. Same day response to my call. Came out to the house 2 days later. Got a estimate soon thereafter. Was able to change our electrical meter box about 10 days after that. Did an excellent job at a reasonable price.
