“Alborn did our paver patio about three years ago and it is gorgeous!!! After having two kids, we needed to add a sitting wall/ledge around it. We also wanted to do a walkway from the front of our home to the back. When we called Alborn, they were booked out for months (because they are great lol). We decided to use another company, and it was a BIG MISTAKE!!!!! They did a bad job and ruined the original patio. Our retaining wall was actually starting to fall down ?. Jeff came back out and we hired Alborn to fix the bad job. It looks beautiful again. Jeff and his guys completely fixed the issue, while keeping our budget in mind. They are the best! We will never use another company! Thank you Jeff!“

Ultra was super friendly on the phone, asked the right questions etc. They arrived the next day and the crew member Shawn R, was friendly, professional and very informative. “This originally was a bad review. Everyone seems to have time for bad reviews. Unfortunately, most people either do not leave the good ones, or do not correct the bad ones when the company they are reviewing corrects any issues to keep a customer happy. PNG looked into my requests and admitted that they had confused my address with my next door neighbor's address (who had just signed up as a customer as well). Instead of ignoring me as just another disgruntled person, they took the time to reach out to me and correct the situation. Enough so, that I am happy to report that I am a happy customer of theirs.
